The purchaser or pet owner bears the responsibility of ensuring that the dog accessory is suitable for their dog, fitting correctly and not causing discomfort to the animal in any way. Should an item not fit properly, Spoilt-pets disclaims all liability. Remember that there isn't a breed-specific fit. If you own a British Bulldog, for instance, you might think it's a size "Large," but that might not be the case, so please measure your pet. Dog accessories are vulnerable to wear and tear, just like any other accessory worn by a person. It is the owner's obligation to monitor the condition and ensure that their dog is safe to wear. Products that display wear and tear shouldn't be used on dogs in the intended manner. The majority of dogs can utilise Spoilt Pets accessories for daily use; however, if the dog exhibits behavioural problems or pulls excessively, our accessories will not last as long. If the dog damages or mishandles an accessory, we won't replace it or give a refund.
We advise hand cleaning all of our accessories, but never in a temperature higher than 30°.
Regarding the usage or misapplication of the products sold, Spoilt Pets disclaims all legal liability.
